In 2024, our Latin Dance class is a free class offering made possible for the community, thanks to a generous grant from the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. We welcome individuals from the community to join us in this lively and inclusive dance experience. While we typically see adults without disabilities as attendees, our trained teacher can adapt to dancers of any age with disabilities.
What to Bring
To make the most of your Latin Dance experience, we suggest bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable shoes for dancing. Sneakers work great and provide the necessary support for the energetic movements involved. Get ready for a workout that not only benefits your body but also uplifts your spirits.
Language of Dance
Our Latin Dance teacher primarily communicates in Spanish with some English, providing a unique and immersive experience for our participants. Dance serves as a universal language that transcends linguistic barriers. Simply follow along, and enjoy the rhythmic journey.
