Volunteers are the Heart of Our Community
Your presence helps create a space where every dancer feels seen, supported, and celebrated!
We want every volunteer to feel confident and prepared to make meaningful connections with our dancers.
That’s why we’re hosting two in-person volunteer trainings in August. These workshops are designed to help you learn more about MOVE, understand what to expect in our classes, and gain the tools you need to create a positive and inclusive experience for every dancer.
Join us for a Volunteer Training Workshop
Franklin Studio: Saturday, August 8 at 12:15 PM
Bellevue Studio: Saturday, August 15 at 12:15 PM
During each session, we’ll cover strategies for effective communication, inclusive teaching methods, and ways to assist students of all abilities, helping you create a positive experience for every dancer. Appropriate training is a key element for all volunteers to ensure consistency and safety in our program.
Please fill out the registration form to confirm your attendance for your preferred date/location. Your commitment and dedication mean the world to us and to our students!
Why Volunteer?
You’ll make meaningful connections.
Our volunteers often say the relationships they build with dancers are the best part of their experience. You’re not just helping in a class, you’re becoming part of a community.
You’ll witness growth and celebrate victories.
From a dancer trying a new step for the first time to gaining confidence on stage, you’ll have a front-row seat to moments that matter.
You’ll discover the joy of inclusion.
Everyone deserves a place to belong. Volunteering gives you the opportunity to help create that space while learning from an incredible group of dancers and families.
You’ll leave with a full heart.
Yes, you’ll give your time, but you’ll receive so much more in return.
