Meet Megan
Megan Hoeffler
Dance Teacher
Megan Hoeffler graduated from The University of Alabama in 2019 with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. That summer after graduation she worked at Camp Will, a camp for kids with disabilities through Williamson County Parks and Recreation. There she found her love for working with people with disabilities! She then took a job as a paraprofessional in Williamson County Schools (WCS). After one semester working in the schools, she started working towards her Masters in Special Education at Lipscomb University. She got a job as a Transition 1 Teacher at a high school in WCS and has been there for over 5 years and counting.
Megan joined the Young Professionals Committee at MOVE in 2022 and has been an active volunteer ever since! She’s been on the recital and program committees and volunteered in various dance classes to get in on the all fun.
“MOVE Inclusive Dance has not only created a community for student dancers but for volunteers and staff too. When I go to MOVE, I get to experience a community of like-minded people who are passionate about movement, inclusion, and kindness. Like so many others, I have found a home in MOVE”.
