Nashville Sounds Performance

Join MOVE Inclusive Dance at First Horizon Park as the Nashville Sounds take on the Memphis Redbirds. We’ll kick off the night with our annual pre-game performance. Come cheer on our dancers, enjoy a night at the ballpark, and celebrate movement. Plus, $7 from every ticket purchased through MOVE benefits our programs!
Virtual Wheelchair Dance Class
Wheelchair Dance at MOVE, wherever you are!
When: Every Tuesday, beginning September 22
Kids: 6:00–6:30pm CST
Teen + Adult: 6:35–7:20pm CST
You don’t have to live in Nashville to MOVE with us! Our virtual Wheelchair Dance classes bring adapted dance instruction, fun choreography, and the MOVE community right to your home. Dancers will learn new moves, build confidence, and connect with other wheelchair dancers from wherever they are.
Life Skills in Motion
When: 8 Weekly Classes starting August 12th, 2026, Wednesdays at 6:00pm
Where: Franklin Studio, 45 minutes each
Blending dance instruction with occupational therapy, we can help children of all abilities build everyday skills. Think tying shoes, getting dressed, making friends, and managing big feelings, all through joyful, creative movement in the welcoming environment MOVE is known for.

“Away We Go” Recital

Your ticket is your boarding pass for an afternoon of dance, adventure, and celebration as MOVE takes you on a journey during our annual recital. Our dancers have been working hard and are ready to take the stage and showcase the special places movement can lead us. So grab your seat, settle in… this is a trip you won’t want to miss!

Our new tap class is designed especially for adults ages 55 and up. Whether you danced years ago or are trying tap for the very first time, this class focuses on rhythm, coordination, balance, and fun in a supportive, come-as-you-are environment.

Latin Dance Class

Looking for a fun way to move your body, meet new people, and shake off the stress of the week? Join us for our FREE weekly Latin Dance class!
These beginner-friendly classes introduce salsa, merengue, and bachata in a welcoming, inclusive environment where everybody belongs on the dance floor. No dance experience is needed, and all ages and ability levels are welcome.
Time 2 Groove Inclusive Drumming Classes
When: 2nd Friday of the month; classes offered from 2:30-5:30
In October, class will be held Friday, October 30.
Where: Bellevue Studio
Cost: Free
Experience inclusive drumming for all abilities! Participants develop focus, memory, social skills, motor control, and more. All equipment provided, including adaptive drum stands. Join us and discover the joy of rhythm!
